PRIVACY POLICY

The responsible data controller for personal data on the e-commerce website www.packpros.eu is Pakkemeister Hillman OÜ, registry no. 10018432, address Läike tee 7, Peetri, Rae vald, Harjumaa 75312, phone +372 62 35 590, and email address eshop@pakkemeister.ee (hereinafter referred to as "Packpros").

TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED

  • name;
  • contact information, such as phone number and email address;
  • billing and delivery address;
  • bank account number;
  • cost of goods and services and related payment information (purchase history);
  • customer support data;
  • other information related to customer surveys and/or offers.

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

Personal data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling the contract with the Buyer. Personal data processing is carried out to fulfill legal obligations (such as accounting and resolving consumer disputes).

Personal data is used for managing the Buyer's orders and delivering the goods. Purchase history data (purchase date, items, quantity, Buyer's information) is used to compile an overview of purchased goods and services and analyze customer preferences. The bank account number is used to refund payments to the Buyer.

Personal data such as email address, phone number, and Buyer's name are processed to resolve issues related to the provision of goods and services (customer support).

The IP address or other network identifiers of the e-commerce user are processed for the provision of the e-commerce service and for web usage statistics.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO AUTHORIZED PROCESSORS

Packpros keeps the Buyer's personal data, which has been disclosed during the registration and use of the user account, confidential and only discloses them to third parties with the consent of the customer, except in cases where the obligation or right to disclose data arises from legal acts. The e-commerce user agrees that Packpros has the right to process their data, including transmitting the Buyer's data to individuals involved in the provision of services by Packpros to the Buyer.

OÜ Art Media Agency - Personal data is transmitted to IT service providers to ensure the functionality and hosting of the e-commerce platform.
XF Systems - Personal data is transmitted to IT service providers to ensure the functionality and hosting of the e-commerce platform.
Taavi - Personal data is transmitted for accounting purposes.

Transportation providers:

DPD - Personal data is transmitted for the delivery of goods to the Buyer.
ItellaSmartPOST - Personal data is transmitted for the delivery of goods to the Buyer.
Omniva - Personal data is transmitted for the delivery of goods to the Buyer.

FASTKULLER - Personal data is transmitted for the delivery of goods to the Buyer.
OSC Transport - Personal data is transmitted for the delivery of goods to the Buyer.

Payment service providers:

Swedbank - Personal data is transmitted for payment of goods.
SEB - Personal data is transmitted for payment of goods.
Luminor (Nordea) - Personal data is transmitted for payment of goods.

Statistical collection:

Google Analytics - Information is collected to improve the user experience of the e-commerce platform.

Zendesk - Information is collected to improve the user experience of the e-commerce platform.

SECURITY AND ACCESS TO DATA

Personal data is stored on XF Systems OÜ servers located in the territory of a European Union member state or countries that have joined the European Economic Area. Data may be transferred to countries that the European Commission has deemed to have an adequate level of data protection, as well as to US companies that have joined the Privacy Shield framework. Packpros implements appropriate physical, organizational, and technical security measures to protect personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized access, and disclosure.

Transferring personal data to authorized processors - the processing of personal data takes place based on contracts concluded between Packpros and authorized processors. Authorized processors are obliged to ensure appropriate protection measures when processing personal data.

ACCESSING AND CORRECTING PERSONAL DATA

The Buyer can access and make corrections to the personal data stored in the online store through the account management section. If the Buyer has made a purchase from the online store as a guest (without a user account), they can submit a request regarding their personal data through the data inquiry form.

WITHDRAWING CONSENT

If the processing of personal data is based on the Buyer's consent, the Buyer has the right to withdraw consent through the account management section of the online store.

RETENTION

Personal data is deleted upon closure of the customer account in the online store, except when such data needs to be retained for accounting purposes or for the resolution of consumer disputes.

If the Buyer has made a purchase from the online store as a guest (without a user account), the personalized purchase history is retained for three years.

In case of payment and consumer dispute-related disputes, personal data is retained until the claim is fulfilled or the limitation period expires (three years).

Personal data necessary for accounting purposes is retained for seven years.

DELETION

The personal data stored in the online store, including the user account, can be deleted through the account management section.

For the deletion of other personal data, the customer can submit a request through the data inquiry form. We will respond to the data deletion request within one month and, if necessary, specify the period for data deletion.

TRANSFER

The Buyer can download an electronic extract of the personal data stored in the online store through the account management section.

For other requests related to the transfer of personal data, the customer can submit a request through the data inquiry form.

Packpros will respond to the data transfer request within one month, verify the identity, and provide information about the applicable personal data transfer.

DIRECT MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

The Buyer's email address and phone number are used for sending direct marketing communications if the Buyer has given the respective consent. If the Buyer does not wish to receive direct marketing communications, they can select the appropriate option in the newsletter or send a notification to Packpros via email at eshop@pakkemeister.ee.

If personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes (profiling), the Buyer has the right to object to the processing of their personal data, including profiling related to direct marketing, at any time by sending an objection to eshop@pakkemeister.ee.

RESOLVING DISPUTES

Disputes arising from the processing of personal data between Pakkemeister Hillman OÜ and the Buyer shall be resolved through negotiations. The Buyer can send complaints to Pakkemeister Hillman OÜ via email at eshop@pakkemeister.ee.
